This workshop-style course is designed specifically to help iMIS users to navigate automation solutions in iMIS, learning through real-world scenarios and examples. This workshop is technically focused and aligned to iMIS EMS Enterprise. It will provide current iMIS EMS Enterprise users and those using earlier with best practice approaches to automation.

Whether Michelle is presenting on engagement scoring, data analytics, member experience or how to align technology to meet your internal or external expectations you’ll find her passion and enthusiasm for the industry contagious.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years in IT, associations and not-for-profits, Michelle founded Causeis to bring a new level of expertise across strategy, digital and consulting.

With hands-on experience across every layer of associations and charities Michelle understands the full spectrum to support your mission.

Travis Campbell, CiA, CiP - Director of Consulting Services

As the Director of Consulting Services at Causeis, Travis leads the team of technical and digital consultants to deliver outstanding projects and ongoing support. Travis has a background in Business Systems, having completed a Master of Information Technology (Business Systems), and working in a variety of implementations and consulting roles in his career spanning more than 20 years.

With a passion for business process improvement and automation, Travis has worked with many organisations over the past 7 years to implement system improvements to harness the power of the iMIS Engagement Management System. Travis leads our upgrades projects and is excited about working with clients to realise the potential of modern releases of the iMIS EMS.

Ashley Hunt, CiA, CiP - Solutions Consultant, Causeis

Ashley has been a Solutions Consultant with Causeis for 3 years, and has been involved in sporting associations for 5 years previously. He has worked with iMIS as both a user and consultant so understands the business processes required by associations. Ashley is a data and reporting specialist, highlighting opportunities and identifying risks.

Anthony Segavac - Support Consultant, Causeis

Anthony is the Support Consultant at Causeis, he triage's our client support system and works with clients to determine their requirements to solve their issues in an efficient and effective manner. He also delivers technical iMIS expertise within projects.

Anthony has been working with iMIS for 2+ years, having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and beginning his Career with Causeis in the middle of 2019.
