Digital Academy & Digital First 23 Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided where written notification (by email) is received by Causeis at least fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date. No refund is available for cancellations within fourteen (14) days prior to the training start date. Digital Academy & Digital First 23 registrations are transferrable where written notification (by email) is received by Causeis at least two (2) days prior to the course start date.
If for unforeseen circumstances Causeis is required to cancel a Digital Academy course or Digital First 23, a credit will be provided to the attendee to register for the rescheduled course or alternative course. Alternatively a full refund for the registration paid will issued to the attendee.
Digital Academy & Digital First 23 are events held by Causeis and in conjunction with invited partners. Registrations to these events are exclusive to association professionals and invited partners. Causeis reserves the right to cancel and refund any registration received that is not from an association or existing partner.
Cancellation & Rescheduling for Face-to-Face Events
Rescheduling of training services made earlier than 14 days prior to training commencement will not incur additional charges. Rescheduling of training services made within 14 days prior to training commencement will incur a rescheduling fee of 30% of the invoice total.
Cancellation of training services made earlier than 14 days prior to training commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the invoice total. Cancellation of training services made within 14 days prior to training commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellation of training due to a technical failure of equipment or loss of training facilities provided by the client will incur the following cancellations fees for every day of scheduled training:
i. Where training was provided for less than 50% of the scheduled time in a given day, half-day training will be charged.
ii. Where training was provided for more than 50% of the scheduled time in a given day, full-day training will be charged.
If Causeis is required to cancel a training for unforeseen circumstances, Causeis will work with you to reschedule the event. Alternatively, credit or refund can be provided.
Changes to this Policy
Causeis will occasionally update this cancellation policy.
