Michelle Lelempsis, CiP - Director & Lead Solutions Consultant
Since working at a number of iMIS organsiations and being a founding member of NiUG Asia Pacific, Michelle Lelempsis established Causeis to provide expert iMIS consulting services to associations and charities.
With over 15 years of industry experience and over 10 years of hands-on iMIS skills, Michelle shares her skills, experience and passion to ensure clients reach their organisational goals. As a Certified iMIS Professional, Michelle's iMIS expertise is multi-faceted across data analytics, financial management, user training, membership and fundraising strategies, business process engineering and strategic system alignment.
Travis Campbell, CiA - Senior Solutions Consultant
Travis has over 20 years of IT industry experience, in a variety of roles and within a variety of sectors. Travis has an extensive background in business systems, completing a Master of Information Technology, Business Systems at Swinburne. His professional background includes IT Management and ERP implementations in the retail sector.
Travis has high level skills in Business Analysis and Project Management, and seeks to work with clients to harness their investment in technology to better suit their needs. He enjoys working with clients to map their business processes and find efficiencies with the use of technology.
As a Certified iMIS Administrator, Travis enjoys working with clients to develop a best practice approach to their use of iMIS. He is a committee member of NiUG AP Region - the iMIS User Group, and chairs the programs subcommittee.
Travis started his iMIS career as an IT Manager an a large Association Management firm, managing a multitude of different not for profit Association databases, and harnessing automation within the iMIS product to streamline business processes. Now our Senior Solutions Consultant, Travis heads up our Melbourne office.

Ashley Hunt - Solutions Consultant
Ashley has over 20+ years’ experience in the IT sector working in a variety of roles with the hotel, point of sale and sporting industries focusing on business and systems improvement, reporting and Business Intelligence.
Ashley has been working with iMIS for over 5 years at the association level, greatly contributing to internal process improvement, reporting and member experience through Rise. Now based in our Melbourne office, Ashley enjoys a challenge and is looking forward to working with our clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
When not at work Ashley enjoys playing Golf and spending time with his two children.
Kokila Palaniappan - Solutions Consultant
With over 10 years experience deploying large scale projects, Kokila brings a unique mix of business analysis and system delivery skills to our clients. Coupled with a strong background in programming and database design, her ability to translate business requirements into robust solutions has helped many of our clients achieve their iMIS goals.
Kokila also has a passion for data analysis and has helped our clients answer a variety of business questions by turning data into meaningful insights. She brings a wide range of analytical competencies spanning from data modelling, data cleansing, data transformation, data migration and technical reporting.
Before joining Causeis, Kokila was previously employed by The Tax Institute, in the role of CRM Manager. For over six years, she managed the Institute’s iMIS database and played in integral part in delivering various iMIS projects. Previous to this role, she was employed by NEC Solutions, Singapore and Deloitte Consulting, USA.
Sam Newport - Digital Content Creator
Sam is the Causeis Digital Content and Design expert providing support and management of the Virtual Content Manager Program. Sam is an experienced, resourceful Web & Graphic Designer responsible for designing, managing, updating & improving websites, publications, marketing and communications for a wide variety of clients all with very specific needs. Sam was also the recipient of the 2017 ASI Great Things Award for outstanding websites powered by iMIS.
Prior to joining Causeis, Sam worked for an Association Management firm updating RISE websites, and preparing Digital and Print media content for a range of different associations.
Outside of iMIS, Sam enjoys photography and exploring nature.
John Lelempsis - Project Manager
With over 10 years technical and project management experience with Australia's leading charities, John brings a new range of skills to Causeis clients. John has held various roles within not-for-profits spanning database management, data analytics, charity compliance, business analysis and project management.
John's skills has enabled clients to have a strong project delivery framework for ensuring our client projects are delivered exceptionally. He also brings a wealth of charity experience that our fundraising clients can access.
Before working with Causeis, John held the role of national IT Project Manager at the Heart Foundation. For over 8 years, he worked with various stakeholders and solution providers to implement new technologies, business process improvements, PCI compliance and other business critical solutions.
