The Client Satisfaction Leader of the Year award is based on receiving the highest customer satisfaction scores in the partner community, while the Global AiSP Partner of the Year is awarded annually to a partner who has been recognised as a leader in consulting services, support of the iMIS community, participation within the association industry, our consultant’s professional development and our client satisfaction ratings. We are so honoured to have been recognised in this way by ASI and our clients.
It hardly needs mentioning that 2020 was a uniquely challenging year. The roadblocks imposed by the global pandemic forced the association industry to rapidly shift strategies, evolve new digital services and embrace innovation. Causeis is proud to have supported our association, union and not-for-profit clients during this incredibly uncertain time.
Despite COVID restrictions, over the last 12 months our clients were able to launch new websites, implement or upgrade to iMIS Cloud and shift to new association strategies. In addition to supporting clients through these developments, we launched a new training initiative for the industry – the Digital Academy for Associations. To date, over 100 associations have enhanced their iMIS capabilities and association strategies through new and inspiring courses on Digital Strategies, Member Experience and Renewal Strategies.
