Randy Ritcher
Director of Technology Solutions, Association Technology Solutions

Randy Richter is the Director of Technology Solutions and Partner of Association Technology Solutions, a Denver Colorado based company that provides technology solutions to the association and non-profit communities. Prior to ATS Randy was the Director of Information Technology and Internet Strategies for EDUCAUSE in Boulder, Colorado. During his tenure at EDUCAUSE Randy also served as Director of Member Services where iMIS was installed in 1995. He has served in technological roles in the association industry since 1990 and was a computer professional for many years before that.

He is a former member of the ASAE Technology Council and has served as Chair of the ASAE Technology Council. He has also served as co-chair of the Colorado Society of Association Executives Technology Committee. He has written articles for Association Management magazine entitled "The Cost to Connect", "Minding your own E-Business", and "Will Wi-Fi Fly". He has developed e-commerce solutions as early as 1990 where he implemented an e-mail based search and ordering system for association members. He has developed and led projects which have earned the ASAE's Keystone award, the ASAE Technology Innovation Award, and the iMIS's Solutions Innovation of the Year Award. All of these projects involved the use of technology to improve association services and effectiveness. One such project was a system to manage and administer the worldwide .EDU domain built on the iMIS platform.




Travis Campbell

Director of Consulting Services, Causeis

As the Director of Consulting Services at Causeis, Travis leads the team of technical and digital consultants to deliver outstanding projects and ongoing support. Travis has a background in Business Systems, having completed a Master of Information Technology (Business Systems), and working in a variety of implementations and consulting roles in his career spanning more than 20 years.

With a passion for business process improvement and automation, Travis has worked with many organisations over the past 7 years to implement system improvements to harness the power of the iMIS Engagement Management System. Travis leads our upgrades projects and is excited about working with clients to realise the potential of modern releases of the iMIS EMS.




Matt Heffernan

Senior Solutions Consultant, Causeis

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Causeis, Matt strives to provide upstanding ongoing support and immense technical knowledge to Causeis clients. Matt is a seasoned computer scientist who loves complexity almost as much as enabling the not for profit sector to deliver their mission more effectively. Matt has been pushing the capabilities of iMIS for over 10 years and now with modern releases of iMIS focusing on moving toward the Cloud platform he is excited to see what can be achieved within the NFP space.
