Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA)

Initially engaging Causeis to provide end-user support, ARITA quickly realised the value in the causeis iMIS Health Check to unlock further improvements to their new iMIS environment. Causeis has worked with ARITA to create a robust, streamlined, efficient CRM to cater for myriad of organisational needs. 


Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST)

With a high-dependence on external consultants and a new IT Manager, Causeis has empowered their IT staff and users to become more self-sufficient on their operational use and development of iMIS. Causeis has audited and rebuilt all of their reporting requirements including the development of a new executive level suite of engagement modelling reports. AIST have gone from strength-to-strength internally to change their culture to better embrace their CRM.

Aged & Community Services NSW & ACT 

iMIS has been apart of ACS for over 10 years, however over time ACS were not getting the most out of their system. Some staff would refer to iMIS as the "membership contact list". Causeis with their own staff project team worked to develop a 6 to 12 month roadmap on rebuilding and re-positioning iMIS. Through enormous staff passion and commitment ACS have now upgraded to the latest iMIS 20, launched their new RiSE website and seen adoption of iMIS across the entire organisation. ACS have since integrated iMIS with their financial package.
